Bible Study: Wednesdays at 9 AM

SUMMER BIBLE STUDY:
Please join us on Wednesdays at 9 AM, beginning on July 21, 2024 for a 5-week series based on the Max Lucado video set, "God Never Gives Up On You". This is a study in the life of Jacob and will be led by Dr. Brian Anderson to include both the video series and discussion each session. Due to copyright restrictions associated with watching the videos, this study will not be live streamed, but all are welcome to join us in person in Alexander Hall.

    Pastor Brian continued his series on Matthew in a fourth part of this discussion-based series.
  • October - November, 2023: "Meeting Matthew" (Part Three)
    Pastor Brian continued his series on Matthew in a third part of this discussion-based series.
  • July - August, 2023: In the Footsteps of the Savior" Video Series
    Pastor Brian led a video series by Max Lucado taking a tour of the Holy Land and discussing the findings. This was an in-person series only.
  • January-March 2023: "Meeting Matthew" (Part Two)
    Pastor Brian continued his series on Matthew in a second part of this discussion-based series.
  • October-November 2022: "Meeting Matthew" (Part One)
    Pastor Brian led a lecture & Discussion based series on the man, his mission and his message as Matthew introduces the Carpenter King. Matthew provides us with a rich portrait of the Messiah who fulfills God's promises to Israel and proclaims the coming of God's kingdom.
  • August 2022: "You Are Never Alone"
    Pastor Brian led a discussion and viewing of a video series by Max Lucado, "You Are Never Alone". This series was in-person only due to copyright restrictions.
  • January - April 2022: Series on "Hope During Turbulent Times"
    Pastor Brian led a discussion/lecture based series centering around the Letter to the Philippians, which can give us the tools to show how believers should respond to adversity, conflict, and a confused, fluctuating society.   • October-November 2021: 7-Week Series on the Apostle Peter
    Pastor Brian led a discussion on the video series "In Pursuit of Peter the Apostle each week followed by a 15-20 minute video. If you missed it, you can watch the series and link to the video series here.

    The intention of the Apostles’ Creed was to clearly state the core beliefs of the Christian faith, and to give Christians a way of answering questions from interested friends or skeptical colleagues.
